Billing Policy
How LatencySentry handles subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and refunds. Last updated July 3, 2026.
Subscriptions
Paid LatencySentry plans are subscription-based where self-serve checkout is available. Monthly and yearly billing intervals may be offered. The selected plan controls monitor limits, check-frequency limits, retention, and paid feature access.
Payments and renewals
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Taxes may be added where required by law or Stripe tax configuration.
Cancellations
You can cancel a paid subscription through the product billing flow or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access to the paid plan normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period unless Stripe or our billing system reports otherwise.
Refunds
Refunds are not automatic unless required by law. If there is a billing mistake, duplicate charge, or serious service issue, contact admin@latencysentry.com and we will review the case.
Plan changes and failed payments
Upgrades, downgrades, and interval changes may be prorated or scheduled depending on Stripe behavior and product configuration. Failed payments may cause retries, grace periods, plan restriction, or subscription cancellation.
