Privacy Policy

Customer-facing privacy notice for the LatencySentry beta.

Data controller

Northshore Labs is the data controller for LatencySentry account and service data. Contact admin@latencysentry.com.

What we process

We process account data, monitoring configuration, endpoint metadata, recent check logs, and operational support information so we can run the LatencySentry service, authenticate users, and improve product reliability.

Why we process it

We use this information to create and secure accounts, operate the monitoring workspace, store recent monitoring history, respond to support issues, and maintain product reliability and security.

Retention

We retain service data while your account is active and for a limited operational period after account deletion where needed for backups, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or incident investigation.

User rights

You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data. Contact admin@latencysentry.com.

Cookies and authentication

LatencySentry uses essential authentication and session cookies to keep you signed in securely. These cookies are required for account access and service operation. We do not show a cookie banner in this beta because non-essential marketing or analytics cookies are not part of the core product flow today.

Service providers

We may rely on infrastructure and application service providers to host the product, authenticate users, process billing, and deliver transactional email. A fuller subprocessor list and related legal documentation can be added as the service matures.
