How Northshore Labs handles LatencySentry account, billing, and monitoring data. Last updated July 3, 2026.
Who we are
LatencySentry is operated by Northshore Labs LTD, 19 Mestnost Manastirski Rid, Veselina Tsankova str., Varna, Bulgaria. UIC/BULSTAT: 208665242. VAT ID: BG208665242. Northshore Labs is the controller for account, billing, and product usage data processed through LatencySentry. Contact admin@latencysentry.com.
Data we process
We process account details, authentication identifiers, billing status, monitor configuration, endpoint URLs, expected status codes, check results, latency values, alert preferences, API token metadata, technical logs, and support messages. We do not intentionally collect private response bodies from monitored endpoints in the current product.
Why we use data
We use data to create and secure accounts, run endpoint checks, show status dashboards, send alerts, enforce plan limits, process payments, investigate failures, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve the reliability and security of LatencySentry.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. LatencySentry does not store full card numbers or card security codes. We store billing identifiers, plan status, invoice state, and subscription metadata needed to operate self-serve billing.
Cookies and sessions
LatencySentry uses essential authentication, security, and session cookies. We do not use non-essential marketing or analytics cookies in the core product flow today. If that changes, we should update this notice and add consent handling where required.
Service providers
We use vendors for hosting, authentication, database infrastructure, billing, email, networking, and operational delivery. Current providers include Clerk, Convex, Vercel, DigitalOcean, Stripe, Resend, Purelymail, and Cloudflare. See the subprocessor page for the current operational list.
Retention
We retain account data while your account is active. Raw monitoring history is retained according to the active plan and product limits. Aggregated status data, billing records, security logs, backups, and records needed for tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations may be retained longer where required.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to processing of personal data. You can request help by contacting admin@latencysentry.com.
International transfers
We and our providers may process data in countries outside your country of residence. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, provider data processing terms, and security controls.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect the service, including managed authentication, access controls, HTTPS, and hosted infrastructure security controls. No service can guarantee perfect security.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product, vendors, or legal requirements change. Material changes should be reflected on this page with a new update date.
